At REP Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gym equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
